Service Warranty

All repair services at Riz.Net Official come with an official warranty of 7 to 30 days, depending on the type of repair and components replaced. The warranty covers both labor and parts installed by our certified technician.
✓ Warranty Duration by Service Type
- Battery, LCD, speaker, or camera replacement: 30 days
- Software repair (reset, flashing, iCloud/FRP unlock): 14 days
- Minor hardware repair (charging port, power button, audio jack): 14–30 days
- Major hardware repair (motherboard, short circuit, water damage): 7–14 days
- RAM, SSD, or HDD upgrade: 30 days (covers both parts and installation)
- Consultation & initial diagnosis: Free of charge, but not covered under warranty

- Damage caused by user error after service (e.g., drops, liquid exposure, self-disassembly)
- Unauthorized hardware/software modifications by third parties after service
- Damage due to force majeure (lightning, flood, earthquake, fire)
- Customer fails to present the official service receipt during claim
- Claim submitted after the warranty period expires
✓ How to Claim Warranty
- Keep your physical or digital service receipt provided at checkout
- Contact us via WhatsApp or visit our location (Jakarta / Trenggalek)
- Provide: your name, receipt number, service date, and issue description
- Our team will verify and process your claim within 24 hours
Warranty applies only to paid services and installed parts. Additional repairs outside warranty scope are billed at standard rates.
